Our Inspiration

Emergency Restoration Services, LLC (ERS) was established in 2011 by Chad and Donna Coerse. Chad is a former career fire department Lieutenant and the owner of CL & Sons Construction, Inc. established in 1999. From his past career experience, he saw an opportunity to fulfill a community need by starting a company specializing in mold testing and remediation services.

ERS began with only mold testing and mold remediation services. The company has grown to offer other related services like water, fire, and smoke damage restoration. This growth also prompted the construction of a new 15,000 square foot facility to accommodate the future needs of the Hampton Roads area effectively for years to come.
