A house fire or flooding event is always unwelcome, but it doesn’t need to be a total loss. Emergency Restoration Services, LLC has the experience, skills, and tools to rebuild or restore what was lost and improve what remains. With our residential or commercial reconstruction and remodeling services, we do everything from initial inspection to complete reconstruction.
Once your property has had cleanup and mitigation completed, it’s time to put everything back. Or it may even be time to make it better. Our team is thoroughly trained and experienced to handle all phases of your reconstruction.
You might find this is the time to consider an upgrade for a room, deck, stairs, handrails, or some other form of remodeling, including countertops, vinyl, carpeting, wood and tile flooring, cabinets, and structural changes.
Obtaining Insurance Approval – We will make sure all work performed is approved by your adjuster and in line with insurance standards. Before we begin any repairs, we make sure the insurance company is comfortable with the scope of the work performed.
Pre-Construction Walkthrough – We will walk through with you before beginning repairs to make sure everyone agrees as to the scope of the work.
Pre-Construction Walkthrough (Cont.) – Our project manager reviews the estimate again before beginning the repairs, timelines established, and material selections made.
If you want additional construction, we will ask questions to help us understand your vision, your desired time frame for completion, and your budget. We will develop an outline of the extent of the work and establish a target budget. The cost and timeline depend mainly on the complexity of the project.
Construction – Our project managers will maintain communication with you throughout the project. We schedule the crews and order and install all materials. This step includes many different trades from drywall and painting, to flooring and cabinets.
Final Walkthrough – Once completion of the work, the project manager will do a final walkthrough. After a close review of the results, we will obtain a certificate of completion and a survey requesting feedback on how our team performed. At this point, we notify the insurance adjuster to finish the claim process.
